Is the price per seat or per person?
Per user, excluding VAT. One user may install the software on their inspection workstation and on their office machine.
What does the yearly plan save?
Two months. A year costs ten monthly payments: €690 for Starter, €990 for Pro and €1,290 for Max, per user.
Does the software need an internet connection?
Drawings are processed locally. The connection is there to validate the subscription, not to send your files anywhere.
Can the plan be changed mid-subscription?
Yes, in both directions. The change takes effect at the next period, with no loss of work in progress.
What does support cover?
Installation, getting started, and drawings that read badly. If a kind of dimension is consistently misread on your drawings, send us the example.
Which plan for producing FAI packages?
The Pro plan. It covers AS9102 forms 1, 2 and 3 and report customisation. The Max plan, coming soon, will add multi-batch tracking and statistics.
Is there a minimum term?
The monthly plan is paid month by month. The yearly plan commits you for the year, which is what pays for the two free months. The exact terms are in the general terms of sale provided before subscription.
