Purpose of the site
This site presents CoteCote, quality control software for industrial metrology. It does not allow online payment: subscribing to a plan is done by direct contact with the publisher, at contact@cote-cote.com.
Intellectual property
Everything on this site, in particular the CoteCote trade mark, the logo, the texts, the technical illustrations and the code, is protected by intellectual property law and remains the property of the publisher or of its partners. Any reproduction, representation or adaptation, in whole or in part, without prior written permission, is prohibited.
The technical drawings shown by way of illustration are fictitious and reproduce no customer drawing.
Personal data
The form on the contact page transmits nothing to this site: it opens the visitor's own mail client with a message ready to send. Messages received at contact@cote-cote.com are processed by the publisher for the sole purpose of answering the request.
Account creation and sign-in are handled by our licence management provider, which stores the holder's email address and password together with the list of workstations attached to their licences. This data serves only to open the software and to administer licences. It is neither resold nor used for advertising.
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the French Data Protection Act, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, which may be exercised at contact@cote-cote.com. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
Cookies and audience measurement
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookie. The only cookies set are strictly necessary to maintain the session of a visitor signed in to their account: they expire with the session and serve no other purpose. The light or dark theme choice is stored in the browser's local storage, on the visitor's machine only, and is transmitted to no one.
Traffic is measured with Vercel Web Analytics, provided by the site's host. This tool works without cookies and without a persistent identifier: it can neither recognise a visitor from one visit to the next, nor follow them across other sites. The data collected is limited to aggregate statistics: pages viewed, country, device type and referring site. It is neither resold nor combined with other sources.
Drawings sent for demonstration
A drawing sent by email for a demonstration is used for that purpose only, is disclosed to no third party, and is deleted once the demonstration is over. A confidentiality agreement can be signed before any file is exchanged.

The publisher endeavours to ensure the accuracy of the information published on this site, without being able to guarantee that it is exhaustive. The software characteristics described here are liable to change. The applicable contractual terms are those of the general terms of sale provided before subscription.
Governing law
This site is governed by French law. Any dispute relating to its use falls within the jurisdiction of the French courts.
